Unless otherwise agreed in writing: (a) pre-existing materials and tools owned by KRYPTIC SPORTS LLC remain our property; (b) upon full payment of applicable fees, you receive rights to final deliverables specifically created for you as described in the project agreement; and (c) concepts not selected, internal working files, or unused explorations may remain our property unless transferred in writing.

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the services. You represent that your materials do not infringe third-party rights.

11. Portfolio / Public Display

We may publicly display project work in our portfolio or marketing materials only where separately permitted by you in writing or as expressly allowed in a project agreement. If no such permission is granted, we will not publicly display confidential client work.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s non-public business information received in connection with a project and to use it only for performing or receiving the services, except where disclosure is required by law or information becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.
